Pro Shop Attendant

The applicant will be responsible for registering guests, taking reservations, general cleaning duties and assisting with the kitchen as needed. This includes and is not limited to serving beverages and preparing meals for customers, monitoring alcohol consumption, assisting with events and leagues. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Administer point of sale transactions and maintain day to day golf reservations by checking in customers and receiving payments
  • Answering phone calls and taking tee time bookings
  • Registering guests for daily play, league and event play
  • Performing pro shop duties including cleaning and maintaining displays
  • Perform kitchen duties including but not limited to small meal prep, serving and event food preparation
  • Serving alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages along with food orders
  • Cleaning power carts daily
  • Monitoring customers and providing excellent customer service

Qualifications, Education & Experience

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Must be able to multi task
  • Smart Serve Certified
  • Strong customer service and math skills an asset

Other Information

  • Hours Per Week: 25 to 35 depending on events and functions
  • Approximate Start Date: April 25th
  • Wage: Minimum plus gratuity

Beverage Cart Operator / Pro Shop Attendant

The applicant will be responsible for managing beverage cart inventory, float and general cleaning while assisting in the pro shop & kitchen as needed. This includes and is not limited to serving beverages and meals to customers on the golf course, monitoring alcohol consumption, assisting in the pro shop with phone calls, check in and assisting the kitchen with meal prep and restocking.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serving beverages, both alcoholic and non alcoholic
  • Maintaining a cash float
  • Daily cleaning of the beverage cart
  • Monitoring customers alcoholic consumption
  • Answering phone calls and taking tee time bookings
  • Cleaning pro shop and power carts
  • Maintaining stock requirements
  • Assisting with kitchen as needed
  • Assisting with league events and tournaments

Qualifications, Education & Experience

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
